Only issue was with the dumb installer (me). Thought there was a problem with one of the units, contacted Christian and he was so helpful and friendly. He was concerned about the reported fault, and immediately dispatched a replacement. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with the original! It was the alarms that saved us all with just minutes to spare. Don’t just put in the minimum amount , put them everywhere even the garage which is a fire point. The wireless ones are the go. One goes off and they all go off. The ten year battery is brilliant , just install without replacing batteries every twelve months. Can’t recommend ZEN and Christian enough for peace of mind. Delivery
Orders are shipped from our south east QLD warehouse using Australia Post. Australia Post will email a tracking number which can be used to monitor delivery progress. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
If you are not home to accept delivery, a calling card will be left to make alternative collection arrangements.
