Only issue was with the dumb installer (me). Thought there was a problem with one of the units, contacted Christian and he was so helpful and friendly. He was concerned about the reported fault, and immediately dispatched a replacement. Turns out that there was nothing wrong with the original! I phoned Christian again to apologise for the inconvenience and expense - he remained friendly and courteous. Heartily recommend this product and company. Thanks so much Christian.

with follow up text and hand written note on setting up the alarms. Very nice. Can’t have too many alarms. Our family home burnt down in the early hours five years ago. It was the alarms that saved us all with just minutes to spare. Don’t just put in the minimum amount , put them everywhere even the garage which is a fire point. The wireless ones are the go. One goes off and they all go off. The ten year battery is brilliant , just install without replacing batteries every twelve months. Can’t recommend ZEN and Christian enough for peace of mind. April) that I had cocked up as the order for 10 came with only ONE remote. I contacted ZEN who said that they would change the order to two seperate orders of 5 alarms complete with remotes. AT NO EXTRA CAHRGE. The amended order was deleivered noon 3rd April. Whow! that's what I call excellent service.
