Sunday due to concerns of device placement, ordered it same day and received it two days later already interconnected which was super convenient. Installing was a breeze, all tested and works perfectly. I’m super happy with these smoke detectors, they’re well designed and are very sleek. Both my Aunt and Uncle were impressed now they want to get an upgrade too lol.

floor tiles removed. I found the tutorial on the website on how to turn them off then rang and spoke directly to Christian. He gave me some more tips on clearing out the alarms. Long story short one was too full of dust. I was totally prepared to pay for a replacement but Christian sent out a new alarm free of charge. Very impressed with the assistance and very grateful for the free replacement. Can't recommend this product and this company enough!!
